Faith Daisy Akinyi

Faith Daisy Akinyi is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, an Accredited Mediator and an Associate Advocate at Wakiaga & Company Advocates & Advisory.

Her practice is grounded in dispute resolution and practical legal advisory. She handles civil and commercial disputes and advises clients on employment and labour matters, succession and probate, family law, conveyancing, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, data protection and privacy and business registrations and licensing. Faith also undertakes legal and policy research and contributes to the firm’s work on regulatory, governance and institutional matters.
