What We Do

Advising Where Decisions Matter Most

Wakiaga & Company Advocates is a senior legal and advisory practice providing strategic legal counsel at the intersection of law, governance, policy, and economic transformation. The firm works with boards, institutions, governments, and organizations navigating complexity, reform, and long-term risk in an increasingly dynamic global environment.

We are engaged where decisions carry institutional weight, public consequence, or long-term strategic risk.

Our role is not simply to interpret the law, but to support decision-makers in navigating complexity with clarity, confidence, and accountability.

We work alongside boards, senior leadership, and public institutions to ensure that legal choices are informed by governance realities, policy intent, and long-term institutional impact.

This focus defines how we advise, how we engage, and the matters we choose to undertake.

Impact

How We Measure Impact

Impact, for us, is reflected in judgment, trust, and the strength of institutions.

We assess our work not by volume or visibility, but by the quality and durability of the outcomes we support. Our performance is measured through four core lenses:

1

Quality of Advice and Judgment

The clarity, rigor, and soundness of counsel provided to individuals, boards, leaders, and institutions at moments of consequence.

2

Institutional Impact

The extent to which our work strengthens governance, decision-making, regulatory frameworks, and institutional effectiveness over time.

3

Client Trust and Enduring Relationships

The confidence placed in us by clients who return, refer, and engage us on complex and sensitive matters.

4

Professional Integrity and Stewardship

Consistency between our advice, our values, and the long-term public and institutional interest.

These measures guide how we engage, the matters we undertake, and the standards to which we hold ourselves.
